Process Engineer

• Implement all safety rules and standards in each routine and daily tasks and eliminate any risk or hazard.
• Apply all process and operation checklist to optimize ball mills operation – completion more than 90%.
• Perform complete audits on the workshops of ball mills and define the gaps and recommend the corrective actions and solutions- close all assigned process actions.
• Contribute in the cost of operation to reduce the electrical energy consumption of ball mills by 2-3%.
• Maximize the utilization of the smart system to control the operation of ball mills - Mill Master <90%

Responsibilities:

1-Health & Safety:

• Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.

2-Functional:

• The purpose is to prepare, plan, organize and follow-up the activities of Cement Ball mills grinding and give inputs assisting to achieve the assigned target.
• Implement & set key operating parameter target with the assistance of process team leader
• Monitor operation conditions as well as process data required in daily basis to determine weak points and take the necessary action plan to return back to key parameter target.
• Achieve scheduling plan and unplanned (upon validation request) for measurements for double check for on line instrumentation and calibration request if necessary
• Contact and coordinate with quality control team for any change or requirements regarding the Raw material and final cement product.
• Achieve a scheduling plan for mills audits, including internal audit, gas and mass flow, axial test, tromp curve---etc.
• Study and implement tools and procedures to optimize the production process.
• Compile and continuous analyze the plant performance, improvements, optimize, know-how, search for successful practice in literature.
• Plan for any raw & Cement mill process problem to find a solution in coordinate with production team.
