Principal Payment Engineer

As a Principal Payment Engineer at Al Marasem Group, your mission is to orchestrate the seamless financial flow of our construction projects. Job Location: New Administrative Capital

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Subcontracting Certificates:

• Prepare subcontracting certificates of payment with meticulous attention to detail in the documentation.
• Ensure timely issuance of subcontracting certificates to maintain smooth payment workflows.

Variation Orders:

• Prepare and issue variation orders, securing necessary approvals from clients with a keen focus on compliance.
• Coordinate necessary actions following variation order issuance for seamless project execution.

Monthly Reconciliation:

• Maintain a systematic record of building materials for accurate and efficient monthly reconciliation.
• Ensure the accuracy of reconciliation statements through a thorough review of data.

Running Account Bills:

• Handle Running Account (RA) Bills consistently on a monthly basis for both clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers to align RA bills with project timelines and objectives.

Verification of Certified Bills:

• Verify certified RA bills with precision, conducting detailed checks for accuracy.
• Ensure certified bills comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
