PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER

Job Description: The Primary Care Provider is responsible for providing excellent primary care services in an advanced clinical setting with a strong clinical support team. The multidisciplinary practice offers both individual as well as populationbased care. The health system is focused on primary care in underserved and key populations including schools and shelters throughout Connecticut.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MD/DO or NP or PA from an approved medical/osteopathy/nursing school.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited residency program in family medicine/family practice internal medicine pediatrics or internal medicine/pediatrics.
• PA or NP must have 18 months of primary care experience.
• Will hire MDs right out of residency.
• Must be board certified at hire and will be expected to maintain appropriate board certification and licensure.
• BiLingual Skills English/Spanish Preferred

Compensation:

MD/DO: $200k $250k / Year

NP or PA : $130k $150k / year
