Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to determine the most effective pricing strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop pricing plans that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to understand pricing trends and competitor strategies
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing plans for new and existing products/services
Monitor and analyze the performance of pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision making
Communicate pricing strategies and changes to internal teams and clients
Provide guidance and support to sales teams on pricing negotiations
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to pricing
Participate in crossfunctional projects to improve pricing processes and procedures
Collaborate with finance team to ensure pricing strategies align with overall company financial goals
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or related field
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies to both farmers and stores
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
