Overview:

The PR Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the public image and reputation of the Five Star Property in Goa. They are responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies to build and maintain a positive public perception of the property. Their work is vital in ensuring that the propertys brand and messaging are effectively communicated to the target audience media and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the propertys image and brand.
  • Create and manage PR campaigns to enhance public awareness and perception.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets journalists and bloggers.
  • Oversee the production of press releases articles and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate PR events press conferences and interviews.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from the media and public.
  • Manage crisis communication and mitigate negative publicity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to align PR efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors PR activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a PR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing PR campaigns and media relations.
  • Strong network of media contacts in Goa and nationally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage PR budgets and resources.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues.
  • Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools and software.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
