What Youll Do:

As a PPC/Google Ads Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving digital growth through targeted PPC campaigns.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the most relevant and profitable keywords for client campaigns.
• Develop and implement targeted PPC campaigns across the Google Ads platform including Search Display and Shopping campaigns.
• Craft compelling and highperforming ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise bids to maximise return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and present findings to clients keeping them informed of campaign progress and results.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in PPC advertising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform and its functionalities.

• Proven experience in conducting keyword research competitor analysis and campaign management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modelling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Languages: English Romanian
• Minimum 12 years of experience
• Essential tools for candidate: Microsoft Office Suite

Remuneration Package:

• Competitive salary range:RON
• Fulltime employment with regular working hours: 9 am 6 pm
• Inhouse work basis
