Your mission: The Business Developer will play a key role in developing the business in the appointed market. The role would have the primary mission of developing new business opportunities in the market through different activities to contribute to the sales cycle while playing an active role in the International Sales team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and advising our innovative services to IT consultants population and B2B businesses

  • Developing the portfolio of prospects and followup

  • Managing the whole sales cycle from initial prospect to finalising the deal

  • Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions

  • Monitoring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives

  • Ensuring the quality of the clients and consultants experience and the outreach of Hightekers


Profile:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English written and spoken is essential

  • Fluency in an additional European language (French Italian Spanish) will be an Previous experience in Sales Business Development is a must for the role with the ability to manage the whole Sales cycle

  • Previous experience working in IT Saas or similar organisation

  • Previous experience in prospecting to potential clients

  • Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Wellspoken with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong cando attitude and sales are driven with the ability to manage time effectively

  • Problemsolving skills and ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
