IT Business Analyst

At Auren we are looking for an IT Business Analyst for an important multinational client from the financial services in the automotive sector.

Job Description:

The IT Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in our financial services team working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and analyze business and technical requirements as well as to design effective solutions that drive efficiency and growth in our services.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand and document business and system requirements identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to streamline processes.
2. Solution Design: Develop and propose technological solutions that address identified business requirements ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives.
3. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation including use cases functional specifications and process flow diagrams to support the development and implementation of solutions.
4. Testing and Validation: Assist in the creation and execution of testing plans to ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions ensuring compliance with established standards and requirements.
5. Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to end users and deliver training on new features and processes implemented ensuring successful adoption and effective use of solutions.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and to work hard in an everchanging environment where the roadmap will constantly change. Be part of a small but high functioning team.
• Previous experience of at least 23 years in a similar role of business or IT analysis preferably in the financial services sector.
• University education in Computer Science Business Administration and Management (ADE) Economics or related fields. Practical experience will be positively valued over specific academic background.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels and functions.
• Attention to detail analytical skills and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering highquality and valueadded solutions.
