Location : San Francisco CA
Type : Full time Onsite
Role Description:
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Plumbing Estimator located in San Francisco CA. The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for estimating the cost of plumbing projects by analyzing blueprints specifications and proposal requirements. They will work closely with architects builders and engineers in planning and coordinating plumbing projects.
Qualifications:
At least 35 years of experience in Plumbing Estimating or related field
Excellent knowledge of plumbing codes standards and regulations
Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
Experience in creating and submitting construction proposals
Excellent mathematical analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
