Plumber

We are currently seeking skilled and qualified Plumbers to join our team. As a Plumber you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in residential commercial and industrial settings. Tasks

• Install repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including pipes fittings valves faucets and water heaters
• Interpret and work from blueprints technical drawings and specifications to complete installations and repairs accurately
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing problems using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts/components such as leaks clogs and damaged pipes
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to assess their condition and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately following safety protocols and plumbing codes
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities performed on each job
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as required to complete projects on time and within budget
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology and materials

Requirements

• Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in plumbing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a plumber in a professional plumbing environment
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems components and materials
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
