• Design, build, and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and objectives
  
• Evaluate the performance of predictive models and make improvements as needed
  
• Build and maintain predictive models in production
  
• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in predictive analytics and machine learning
  
• Write technical documents to explain predictive models and results
  
• Develop and deliver training and presentations to stakeholders on predictive analytics methods and applications

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  
• At least 5 years of experience in predictive analytics and machine learning
  
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
  
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
  
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop
  
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
