PHP Developer

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer/PHP Developer who is motivated to convert complex logics to easy codes. Responsibilities will include designing databases, writing beautiful codes, and developing scalable applications. You will work closely with the UI developer and bridge the gap between front-end and back-end along with technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application works smoothly & completely in line with the UI. You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing, and launching.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the IT team in completing projects

Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs

Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure

Create scripts to facilitate client systems to meet performance and objectives

Test and develop software for client applications

Create documentation for software created

Utilize source debuggers and write or modify client software

Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set

Skills:

Writing clean, fast PHP code/program to a high standard, in a timely and a scalable way.

Producing detailed specifications.

Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases.

Experienced in jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, third party API Integration, Payment Gateway Integration.

Experience in CodeIgniter is a must.

Experience in MySQL.

Hands on experience with PHP, MySQL (LAMP), Strong in OOPS, XML and HTTP fundamentals.

In-depth knowledge of one or more areas: front-end, databases, networking, distributed systems, web services.

Knowledge of JavaScript is a must.

Experience with a MVC application framework like Core PHP, Zend, Symfony etc.

Knowledge of scripting language like ruby or python.

Knowledge of virtual machines will be an additional benefit.

Requirements:

Any Graduate (B-Tech, BCA) or Postgraduate (M-Tech, MCA)

Proven experience as a PHP developer in a competitive environment

Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications

Good understanding of website integration and software creation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to follow clear instructions according to client demands

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Creative ability to produce effective solutions to client problems

Good team player that is enthusiastic about delivering results

Able to work seated in front of a computer screen for long hours at a time
