Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Validation:
Review and validate payroll inputs including overtime benefits and tax withholdings
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before payroll processing.
Audit and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of payroll records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll processing.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to address and rectify payrollrelated issues.
Data Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee information and verify the same during payroll process.
Update records for new hires terminations promotions and other changes.
Communication:
Communicate with employees regarding payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies.
Work closely with the finance and HR teams to address any payrollrelated concerns.
Reporting:
Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
