- Oversee process of updating changes affecting payroll on the system; for example, new hires, terminations, casual workers, promotions, etc.
- Resolve payroll related issues and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare and review payroll related reports submitted to Top management.
- Manage payroll workflow and ensure all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update and organize systems to manage payroll cycle.
- Coordinate and cooperate with all human resources personnel in gathering data affecting monthly payroll payments; including deductions or additional amounts.
- Communicate with the concerned head of departments for missing data or information required in issues related to payroll.
- Ensure legal actions, affecting payroll amounts, are implemented and calculated properly.
- Participate with Compensation and Benefits Manager in setting team annual objectives.
- Assist in developing the department and implementing new systems if needed.
- Manage and supervise the payroll team; in addition to assigning tasks to subordinates according to priorities.
- Prepare and manage weekly work schedules of subordinates to meet deadlines.
