Packing Development Supervisor

One of Our client food manufacturer located in Tangerang is looking for a Packing Development Supervisor .Key Responsibilities:

• Technical assessment and delivery of new/improved packaging technology and leveraging external suppliers to build knowledge and achieve results.

• Provides technical expertise to drive & conduct feasibility studies on packaging technology includes responsibility for contributing to the materials cost competitiveness.

• Partners and strong links with internal function & external suppliers to ensure continuous improvement technology platform assessment Capex and delivery of program team activity

• Provides coaching and development across Packaging Team.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in Food Technology Food Processing Packaging Technical Packaging Specific Industrial Engineering Pharmaceutical and related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience at Packaging Development experience in the FMCG industry.

• Mastering Pack Material Process: Flexible Packaging Film (single and multi layer) Metal (tin) packaging Box and Corrugated Box.

• Advance in Packaging Design Software skills: Adobe Illustrator Photoshop for PrePress application

• Broader knowledge of technical and Packaging Material specification for costing identification of CoMan both local and oversea project

• Having strong technical leadership able to lead internally and crossfunctionally

• Able to handle cross functional coordination work within a team lead a team and be an effective team player

• Having good project management skill and comfort to work under pressure with multiple projects

• Good in negotiation problem solving and decision making skill
