About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced OutSystems Developer to join our dynamic team. This team specializes in providing online retail and mobile solutions as well as developing mobile applications. Youll join an already existing squad working on a Banking industry project.
As a part of your job you will:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance;
- Design develop and test OutSystems applications ensuring high performance security and scalability.
- Alternate through various roles to get good exposure to all parts of the project;
- Update current software systems making improvement suggestions;
- Assist in the preparation and production of releases of software components;
- Guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field;
- At least 4 years of professional experience in OutSystems projects (web/mobile);
- Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server);
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript;
- Knowledge of .NET;
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Fluency in Portuguese
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Service Center and Lifetime;
- OutSystems certifications (e.g. OutSystems Professional Developer)
Personal traits:
Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills
