Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Outlet Manager to join the team at multiple locations for our esteemed client a leading health and wellness brand. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our outlets delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brands commitment to health and wellness.
Job Description: As the Outlet Manager for our clients health and wellness brand you will be entrusted with overseeing the daytoday operations of our outlets across various locations. Your primary focus will be to uphold our brand standards drive sales of health and wellness products and cultivate a supportive environment that fosters the wellbeing of both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members to deliver excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of outlet operations.
Maintain a clean organized and inviting environment that reflects our brands commitment to health and wellness.
2. Sales and Product Promotion:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote health and wellness products and services driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging products to effectively market and promote our offerings to customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive foot traffic and sales.
3. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:
Foster strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service expert advice and genuine care for their wellbeing.
Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
Utilize customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the shopping experience and tailor offerings to meet evolving needs.
4. Brand Representation and Compliance:
Serve as a brand ambassador embodying our values and mission of promoting health and wellness in every interaction with customers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations policies and procedures related to health safety and sanitation standards.
Uphold our brands reputation for integrity and ethical business practices at all times.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in retail management preferably in the health and wellness industry or a related field.
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve common goals.
Passion for health and wellness with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Salary Range:
Competitive salary ranging from 40000 to 45000 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications.
