Job Description
- Functional professional with 3+ Oracle EBS HCM implementations.
- Functional professional with 2+ Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certified(Preferred)
- Experience in Global HR for Saudi Market, Saudi Payroll, Recruiting & Onboarding, HR Helpdesk, Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence & OTL.
- Can Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM application functionality.
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English fluency (written and verbal) is required

- Ability to Travel.
