- Working with different SCM teams to understand and document the company's Supply chain processes (mainly Purchasing , Inventory , Order Management )
- Supporting Oracle SCM Cloud solutions to meet the company's management needs and post Go-live production processes changes and requirements.
- Providing training and support to users on how to use Oracle Cloud applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle SCM Cloud issues
- Ensuring performance stability by monitoring and maintaining its operations on a regular basis
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensuring deliverables are always accurate and adhere to IBM documentation quality.
