Job Summary:

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission vision and values of the organization. Perform a variety of activities to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of accounts as requested by Operation s associates. Responsibilities include auditing accounts advising on requested tasks and collaborating between departments to fulfill requests.


Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  • Complete cases input through email requests and via phone calls including but not limited to BPRs transaction research banking updates report requests legal updates pin debit updates and seasonal holds; contacting merchants as needed
  • Prep applications for add location requests
  • Assist in reactive AccessOne training requests
  • Updating Sugar for data integrity
  • Compiling EOMs

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Act as a backup for Operations Support completing all submitted tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with management on the development and implementation of new processes and policies
  • Statement logo address addition and change requests
  • MPA and Schedule A branding requests
  • Assists in training of new associates
  • Completes other assigned duties as requested



Requirements

Education & Experience:
  • Associate s or Bachelor s Degree Preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Business Administration Accounting Marketing or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CRM
