Job Description
- Manage Shipping Orders and Invoices
- Monitor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities
- Creating Loading Lists before vessel departure.
- Inspect loading operations to make sure that they comply with shipping specifications
- Manage all bookings
- Ensure the availability of stock so as to reduce shortages
Job Requirements
Who you are
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of English language in both commands verbal and nonverbal
- Eager to learn and team player.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Excellent communication & listening
