• Responsible for project support integration & new nodes’ acceptance.
• Providing technical solutions regarding hardware and configuration problems in agreed time frame.
• Specialized troubleshooting for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed products.
• Ensuring fast response, accurate actions, and decisions during crisis.
• Handling CSRs with customer support team E2E.
• Ensuring reliable accurate solutions provided by support
• Responsible for verifying new solutions from post-planning team.
• Reviewing new projects’ documentations (HLD, LLD ATP..)
• Verifying test cases and ensuring the applicability according to the network current setup scenarios.
• Migrating new services and nodes to live network while avoiding incidents or major issues.
• Leading major cases troubleshooting with other domains (ex. EPC).
• Periodic auditing on license-controlled nodes to raise flag in case of traffic profile changes.
