oversees daily activities that ensure smooth operations:
Manage staff optimise workflow ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures. He/She focuses on maintaining high quality service cost efficiency and compliance with health & safety regulations and mall regulations.
Works on inventory management supplier relationships and strategic planning to improve overall efficiency and profitability of the restaurant chain and achieve overall company goals
Requirements
Age bracket: 30 to 40 years old.
2. Minimum education: University Graduate.
3. Has minimum 2 years experience in similar position (Area/Regional Operations Manager) at a reputable local or international restaurant chain.
4. Has knowledge on restaurant health & safety regulations.
5. Can speak and write in English.
