Job Description
- Uses data to set/revisit operational goals and manage activities
- Presents data in business meetings/reviews.
- Analyzes incoming volume, identifies trends, and highlights risks and deviations in managing the queue.
- Manages escalation/ complex tickets; analyzes data, highlights trends, gaps, etc.; and reports key metrics.
- Performs deep-dive analysis and drives improvement opportunities based on the deviation, problem, root cause, and solutions.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Good in English
- Good communication skills.
- Highly Organized
- MS Office and good basic computer skills
