We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator at Pinerium you will play a crucial role in supporting smooth and efficient operations of our organization. Your attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daytoday operations ensuring seamless workflow and efficient processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects and tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Manage inventory levels track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare reports presentations and other documents to communicate operational performance and updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to operations.
  • Support the training and development of team members on operational processes and systems.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues escalating to management as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration operations management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in using operational software and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations coordination.

Minimum 3 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with a focus on Zoho solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Zoho product suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc. Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments. Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are desirable.
