Operational Planning and Reporting Lead

Ensure planning of maintenance operations, looking for the optimum use of resources, equipment availability and maintenance cost and major shut down schedule.

Drive cross functional analysis of incidents and maintenance performance, implementing the action plans to improve both reliability and maintenance practices and prepare the Operations budget and perform monthly gap analysis.

Responsibilities:

1-Health & Safety:

• Adhere to all Lafargeholcim, H&S rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds.
• Fully committed and aligned to the safety rules, policies and annual H&S objectives set.
• Clarify safety rules to the team members and make sure that all team members practicing properly.
• Implement Lafarge Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work (Lafarge employees and contractors).

2-Functional:

• Enter and maintain inventory items / purchase orders details for ERP system.
• Generate PRs for the operational needs in coordination with the relevant parties.
• Updates information and tracking of POs, schedules, and warehouse transfers and GRs.
• Sets the criteria of Minimax related to plants parts and other operations related setups in coordination with the erection teams and plant managers.
• Audits and keeps tracking for implementation of SOPs related to operations, and contributes to new SOPs drafting.
• Lead the operations performance improvement reports via problem solving techniques.
• Balance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling in preparation for maintenance shut downs, seasonal volumes.
• Contributes to mass and critical pours coordination and planning between all parties.
• Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in the Master Planning.
• Run daily reports and research/update dates in ERP systems.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple production facility.
• Contributes to operations prioritization to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
