Operational IT Department Manager

Tasks

• Managing the operation teams processes
• Managing projects relate to automating the companys financial process (invoice report credit limit and accounts receivable control integration with accounting system payment distribution and others)
• Managing the information security documentation system and related projects
• Managing technical support for infrastructure BSS/OSS systems (billing accountant data centers
• Managing the technical maintenance process of the companys corporate websites

Requirements

• Work experience in a leading position in IT not less than 3 years preferable in the sphere of telecommunications or software development.
• Practical experience in the field of managing operational activities and project management.
• Experience in automating financial processes of the company
• Experience in organizing crossteam project
• Experience working in telecommunications company
• Experience working or managing with ERP BI Billing Accountant systems
• Knowledge of software development process methodology
• Knowledge of standards and requirements ISO/IEC 27001:2015:2022
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than UpperIntermediate as the company has several countries of presence.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne Dsseldorf or Riga.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of standard and requirements ISO 9001:2015
• Experience in engineering position
