Operational Excellence Specialist

• Identify, size, and drive operational performance optimization initiatives, while coordinating agile projects.
• Ensure stepwise achievements of operational improvements.
• Support the global organization identifying and implementing software applications to improve operational performance.
• Scout, select and implement technologies to improve operational performance (e.g., RDA, RPA, ETL, etc.).
• Contribute to the professional development of your team members.
  
  

What You Bring

• University studies in engineering, software development, or economics and business (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3-5 years relevant professional experience in process optimization and/or software implementation, with focus on administrative processes.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to generate insights, and define solutions to optimize business operations.
• Experience in driving agile projects while interfacing with a global and diverse stakeholder group including business leaders, process owners and individual contributors.
• Great team player, also ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization while ensuring excellent senior stakeholder management up to senior management level.
• Eagerness to consistently meet and exceed commitments and objectives while taking ownership of complex challenges.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Client first mindset, experience as consultant is a plus.
• Experience in implementing Lean Management is a plus.
