Operation Specialist

Job Description

1. Responsible for the management of office supplies, including the management of some fixed assets, daily office supplies, daily consumables and labor workers safety supplies;
2. Management of promotional banners, holiday gifts, etc.;
3. Transfer and handover of assets after employee resignation;
4. Management of office supplies such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers and other equipment;
5. Factory vehicle management, self-owned vehicles and leased vehicles management;
6. Newspaper, book subscription and express delivery management;
7. Office environmental sanitation, air-conditioning and electrical appliances management.

Job Requirements

• Have Bachelor's degree
• Well command of English language written and spoken
• Strong personal communications skills
• Multitasking, troubleshooting,attention to details, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work under foreign management
