- Collect related needed data from customer to redirect correctly
- Follow up providers and customers’ needs & issues
- Direct customer to provider
- Arrange suitable service type and suitable provider to the service
- Follow up service request to the end and make customer survey about the journey of request
- Responsible to accomplish monthly provider recruiting target
- Related experience of working on online system technology and financial. Management technicalities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree inscience (biotechnology/chemistry)
- Very good in the English language
- Medical backgroundpreferred medicine
- Have doctors network
- Knowledge ofcustomer servicepractices and principles
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft office background
