- Ensures that operating systems are downloaded and defined on the main devices of the bank and that users are familiarized with them to meet their work requirements and instructions.
- It monitors the performance of the operating systems used, and ensures that they are working optimally and most effectively to meet business requirements.
- It ensures the safety of operating systems and their ability to be used by all system users without any breakdowns, interruptions or delays.
- Follows up on the update of operating systems, and ensures that all means of security and protection of data and information are available on them and on users' devices.
- Examines and audits the new and modified systems used in the bank and ensures their effectiveness and the extent to which they cover the requirements of work and users.
- Follows up on problems and malfunctions that may occur in the operating systems and works to solve them in coordination with the concerned authorities, and makes sure that they are not repeated in order to prevent delaying the work of the users of the system.
