- Process orders via social media.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to answer queries or obtain missing information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-3 Years of Experience.
- Previous experience in online selling.
- Good English.
- High negotiation & communication skills.
