This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior Campaign professional for an attractive project to work hand in hand with one of our clients in the pharma sector.

The Omnichannel & Commercial Campaign Specialist will manage the understanding implementation testing execution and optimization of omnichannel automated campaigns launched on behalf of company s different marketing medical and market access teams around the world.
In addition to providing endtoend campaign management expertise. You will convert omnichannel campaign business rules and content collected defined (and refined) and delivered in omnichannel campaign briefing documentation from market stakeholders into a set of configurations metadata workflows and deliverables within marketing automation toolsets.

You will use your knowledge as an omnichannel campaign and automation expert to configure automation within the toolset in a technically efficient and effective manner while ensuring that the configuration matches the intended business logic and best practices.

You will also work proactively and collaboratively to define and document new processes related to setting up campaign automation for the team to optimize and update existing processes and related documentation and to share knowledge and best practices along the way.


Daily Tasks:
  • Ensure that market stakeholders omnichannel campaigns and automation expectations (i.e. business rules and information) are defined wellunderstood and appropriately reflected in campaign briefing documentation
  • Manage the endtoend implementation of digital marketing campaigns via ELOQUA tool this includes tasks focused on understanding assessing setting up executing monitoring and optimizing their stakeholders automated digital marketing campaigns. Turn omnichannel campaign and content as defined and delivered in requirement briefings provided by their stakeholders into a series of workflows and deliveries in the marketing automation toolset.
  • Use his/her knowledge as a subject matter expert in marketing automation to act as a consultant with our stakeholders to drive best practices in their campaigns while also developing the campaigns within the toolset in a technicallyefficient and effective way.
  • Execute quality assurance checks user acceptance tests and simulations to ensure all components of automation implementations perform as expected and to (recommend and) implement corrections & optimizations if necessary
  • Work both independently and with the team global governance stakeholders IT and any related thirdparty vendors to ensure toolset is available meets the needs for the business expectations and is being used in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure that the markets are provided with consultative feedback throughout the campaign lifecycle both proactively and retroactively including optimizations learnings insights best practices recommendations and solutions



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred with affinity towards technical topics and skills; or Bachelor s degree in technical studies with proven business acumen.
  • Fluent English & Spanish The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English & Spanish to be able to deal with the different Markets of UE.
  • At least 3 or 4 years of demonstrated experience with Eloqua contributing on the following tasks:
    Creation of landing pages and mirror forms
    Creation of Campaign workflows/journeys
    Segment creation
    Campaign reporting and reporting
    Upload contacts for campaigns
    Quality check / campaigns
    Documentation maintenance (Sharepoint Ms Teams)
  • Must have past exposure to email marketing concepts to be able to create HTMLs with the company s tool ShamanGo (like Canva)
  • Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house consultancy or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center setups including process optimization
  • Client management skills including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and deescalating incidents that impact customers
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple fastpaced projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Human Pharma is a plus
  • Experience with blending business/marketing topics and technical topics in order to interpret requirements develop solutions and explain to other audiences

    * Needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives (with a particular skill for interpreting to nontechnical audiences) and with the ability to interface and collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across multiple teams and locations
