Responsibilities:
• Close coordination with building users for the organizational & employees moves
• Prepare the needed executive summary & BCs for the needed works on premises.
• Review existing building designs for any proposed enhancementschanges to ensure do ability.
• Establish full design package for the needed enhancementschanges on the assigned buildingbuildings.
• Establish detailed BOQ of works
• Select durable materials used & proper vendor selection.
• Coordinate with SCM till awarding the works to vendors.
• Manage and supervise construction contractorsvendors during implementation phase with a proper handing over.
• Comply with all H&S procedures
