Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator for one of our clients in the printing industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $26.09.
12month contract.
Fulltime 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (inoffice).

Responsibilities:

Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
Communicate with office support staff.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports manuals and correspondence.
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Perform data entry tasks.
Support meeting and conference needs and assist clients with planning meetings and events.
Maintain health and safety records policies and procedures.
Coordinate ergonomics life safety and various other national programs.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or qualifications. The successful candidate may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.
Provide coverage for switchboard meeting services and reception.

What you will need to succeed:

High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.
3 years of experience in a Service Delivery environment.
Experience in a corporate environment within Office Services or Facilities Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Efficient interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Capable of working effectively under pressure.
Organizational skills.
Demonstrated reliability.
Ability to work well within a team.
Proficiency in multitasking.
Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances.
Adaptability to varying situations.
