We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist you will work with schoolaged patients to help them gain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess patients needs develop treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional abilities.

Duties

Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical and mental capabilities

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients goals and needs

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients motor skills coordination and sensory integration

Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Monitor patients progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

Document patient assessments progress notes and treatment outcomes

Requirements

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist

Up to date clearances

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
