Tasks

As a Customer Support Advisor your mission will be to assist our customers with any issue during and after their order.

Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally. Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone.

Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g. where are the deliveries at deliveries that went wrong is there any stock available etc).

Requirements

Previous experience in contact center or customer service is a plus.

Previous experience in sales is a plus.
