Job Summary
As a Nonprofit Assistant you will support the operations and initiatives of our organization from a remote location. Join our team and contribute to our mission by providing administrative communications and project management assistance to further our nonprofit goals.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing calendars scheduling meetings and organizing virtual events for staff and stakeholders.
Maintain digital records files and databases ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
Draft edit and proofread emails newsletters and other communications for internal and external distribution.
Monitor and respond to inquiries from donors volunteers and community members via email or online platforms.
Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns including donor outreach solicitation and acknowledgment.
Help manage donor databases track contributions and generate reports to support fundraising efforts.
Provide support to project managers or program coordinators in planning executing and evaluating nonprofit programs and initiatives.
Assist with research data collection and analysis to inform decisionmaking and project planning.
Support the planning and execution of virtual events webinars or workshops including logistical coordination and attendee management.
Assist with promoting events through social media email marketing and other online channels.
