Overview:
The Night Club Event Manager is a crucial role within our organization responsible for developing and managing events in collaboration with franchise stores to drive business development through sponsorships with FTV (FashionTV). The role requires a strategic mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills to drive the success of events and maximize brand exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with FTV franchise stores to plan and execute events that align with the brands image and drive business development.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract target audiences increase brand awareness and drive sponsorships.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to maximize event visibility and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of events including logistics staffing and guest experience.
- Manage event budgets monitor expenses and ensure events are profitable and align with business objectives.
- Utilize data and feedback to measure event success identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Oversee event staff including hiring training and performance management to ensure a high level of professionalism and event execution.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business development and event sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders sponsors and vendors to foster longterm partnerships and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure effective promotion and press coverage of events maximizing brand exposure and business development.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing Event Management or related field.
- Proven experience in event management with a successful track record of conceptualizing planning and executing highimpact events.
- Demonstrated business development experience with a focus on securing event sponsorships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and partnerships with sponsors and vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders sponsors and team members.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities analyze market trends and drive event success through creative solutions.
- Proficient in budget management financial analysis and ROI evaluation to ensure events are profitable and aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation development and performance management.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs with a proactive and solutionoriented approach to challenges.
Working Conditions:
- Some evening and weekend work may be required.
- Travel may be necessary depending on event locations.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
