NDT TUTOR Trichy

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced NDT (NonDestructive Testing) Tutor to join our team. The NDT Tutor will be responsible for delivering highquality instruction and training to students pursuing careers in nondestructive testing methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NDT techniques excellent communication skills and a passion for educating and mentoring students.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive NDT training programs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
   
2. Create lesson plans course materials and assessments to facilitate effective learning outcomes for students.
   
3. Utilize various instructional methods including lectures demonstrations and handson exercises to engage students and enhance their understanding of NDT principles and techniques.
   
4. Provide individualized support and guidance to students to address their learning needs and ensure their success in mastering NDT concepts.
   
5. Assess student performance through exams assignments and practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
   
6. Stay updated on advancements and developments in NDT technology and methodologies and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
   
7. Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to maintain program quality and effectiveness.
   
8. Assist in the recruitment and enrollment of students into NDT programs and participate in promotional activities as needed.
   
9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and progress and generate reports as required.
   
10. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity equity and respect among students and colleagues.
