National Spare Parts Manager

Job Description

• Establish profit targets and action plans
• Make periodic result reviews and demand forecasts
• Establish collaborations and cooperative relations with other departments
• Make and maintain a good and safe work environment
• Plan parts manpower needs.
• Arrange the team time shifts and employees rotations between branches.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of department employees.
• Coaches staff on non-technical and know-how of the job.
• Establish and implement activities to increase fulfilment rate for customer satisfaction, profitability of parts/accessories.
• Authorize and implementing operations within the guidelines assigned by the company
• Manage department expenditures
• Other duties as assigned by his manager.

• 5 years’ Experience in the same position.
• Inventory control management.
• Planning skills.
