Job Description

The Ambulatory Registered Nurse is responsible for the practice of professional nursing which includes assessment planning intervention and evaluation of patients of all age groups (pediatric through geriatric). The RN is trained to competently manage the surgical patient through the preadmission process and should have a working knowledge of PACU nursing. The RN participates in regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage rotation. NOTE: Guaranteed Hours are exempt during holiday weeks
