The Money Partnership is a welcoming team of Independent Financial Advisers and Mortgage Advisers with a success story to tell. Their business is growing with a base of loyal customers and have recently received direct authorisation from the FCA. To continue this growth they are ready to develop their team of Mortgage Advisers.

Talent Tent is delighted to be working with the Money Partnership Team to find a qualified Mortgage Adviser to both work with existing customers and attract new business.

The role

The Money Partnership aims to take the worry away from making big financial decisions and work with customers to guide them into a better position. As a Mortgage Advisor you will be a key part of the team delivering this and will make an impact by;

• Championing and maintaining good customer outcomes

• Keep uptodate with mortgage deals products technical or legislative changes within the marketplace

• Compliance in all its forms; both internal and external regulation

• Networking to build relationships and your customer base

• Maintaining excellent records

• Achieving your targets and KPIs

About you

Our ideal candidate will be a natural networker able to develop relationships with prospective clients based on trust and confidence. You will already be a qualified (Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification) Mortgage Adviser and have achieved Competent Advisor Status in a previous role.

This is a small team with ambitions for growth so the ability to work together toward one vision will be essential as well as the agility to respond to the changing needs of a growth business.

Based in Risca Newport you will work four days per week in the office and receive a generous holiday allowance of 28 days plus bank holidays.

This is a regulated industry so successful applicants will be required to complete a standard DBS check credit check and full reference checks.
