• Should have handson experience in mobile app development with strong mobile UI design and implementation experience in initial years of career
• 5 years of experience leading endtoend Mobile engineering teams building scalable platforms and architectures on Native iOS (Swift/Objective C) & Android (Java/Kotlin) as well as hybrid frameworks like React Native & Flutter
• Good understanding of App build management and provisioning including Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Solid understanding of app development lifecycle including Store compliance policies and submission requirements
• Good understanding of objectoriented programming and application architecture (MVCMVVM/VIPER/CLEAN)
• Experience in establishing and maintaining industryleading engineering practices processes and standards
• Prepare & analyse the project quality metrics & prepare/review/ present reports to required stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices like SCRUM and Kanban
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
