About MIS Executive (Business Process Analyst) Role
We are in search of a dynamic and detailoriented MIS Executive & Business Process Analyst to enrich our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing our Management Information Systems (MIS) while spearheading Zoho System Process Documentation efforts. This pivotal role demands a fusion of technical proficiency sharp analytical acumen and exceptional communication prowess.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in documenting existing processes within the Zoho One environment including workflows procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and assist in documenting their specific processes.
  • Support the analysis of existing processes for inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvements.
  • Assist in creating clear concise and easytofollow documentation for endusers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior team members to ensure documentation is kept uptodate with any changes or updates to processes.
  • Participate in training sessions for endusers on new or updated processes as needed.
  • Provide general support to teams in implementing documented processes effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (BTech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of MIS principles and practices with 02 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Zoho applications and familiarity with other business software.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in business process analysis or documentation is a plus.


Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Zoho One Software Administrator. In-depth knowledge of Zoho One applications and their functionalities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Administrator) are a plus.
