Making summary reports sales Executive-wise giving details of executive-wise sales vis-à-vis the target, number of calls made by each executive during the month, number of successful and unsuccessful contacts, calling productivity of executives.

Tracking conversion rates of databases & providing feedback to sales & the Marketing team on best bases.

Making a product analysis report giving details of activation rates at different tenors, undelivered cards, Buyers remorse, retention & attrition rates.
.
Preparing MIS to track PL, Auto, Payroll accounts bookings from every source/channel, average ticket size, average tenors etc & Installment if needed.
.
Preparing the monthly incentive MIS.
.
Making miscellaneous MIS each month on :
ØComparisons with previous month.
