Our client is hiring a dynamic Mill Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of their milling plant. The incumbent manages production process coordinates with different departments such as procurement quality control HR and maintenance to ensure that all operations are aligned and meet the required standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise maintenance of milling equipment and machinery
2. Lead and manage the mill processing plant team
3. Prepare and implement operational plans
4. Propose capital expenditure projects for process improvements
5. Monitor production budgets and performance
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
7. Oversee recruitment and development of millers supervisors and operators
8. Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s Degree in business management or related discipline
2. Those with milling certificates have an added advantage
3. 510 years experience in food processing in a manufacturing/production setting
4. Deep understanding of the production process and familiarity with the equipment and machinery used in a flour mill
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Proven ability to train coach and motivate team members
7. Strong problemsolving abilities
8. Mechanical aptitude and computer skills
