Note: Need someone who is Functional Technical CE Consultant D365.
Should know how to work in ADO development of use cases can drive requirements workshops can configure in dynamics SOLID Communication skills ideally has experience doing case management type solutions in government.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE Consultant to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to our clients. As a Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Analysing the business requirements and designing the functional solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service etc.
• Developing and testing integrations with other systems using web services APIs etc.
• Providing training and support to the endusers and resolving any issues or bugs.
• Working collaboratively with the project managers developers and other consultants to ensure the project delivery and quality standards.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and consulting on Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• A strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE functionality features and best practices.
• A certification in Dynamics 365 CE or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication presentation and problemsolving skills.
• A willingness to travel and work onsite with the clients as needed.
