The Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in advising client companies on improving their business performance through indepth analysis strategic planning and implementation of recommended solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills a strategic mindset and the ability to work effectively with client teams across various levels of an organization.

• Engage with client organizations to understand their business challenges and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Perform detailed industry and market analysis to support client needs and project objectives.
• Develop and present comprehensive business cases and strategies that address client needs.
• Implement strategic initiatives and solutions working closely with client teams to ensure effective execution.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive change and enhance skillsets within client organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the projected goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with other consultants to bring best practices and insights to client engagements.
• Stay updated on industry trends new consulting methodologies and management innovations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Economics or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
• 35 years of experience in consulting business strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to various audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
• Highly motivated selfdirected and capable of working under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team player mindset.
