IT Specialist AWS Azure and Microsoft 365

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Specialist to manage our companys IT infrastructure with a focus on AWS Azure and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing network administration and Microsoft technologies. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our cloudbased systems ensuring their security reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our companys AWS and Azure cloud environments including infrastructure provisioning configuration and optimization.
  
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Teams ensuring their proper configuration and functionality.
  
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance security and availability implementing best practices and security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  
• Provide technical support to employees regarding cloudbased services troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of cloud configurations procedures and policies.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in cloud technology recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects related to cloud migration integration and optimization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support network administration and cloud computing.
  
• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms including handson experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Azure Resource Manager.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Teams.
  
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure protocols and security principles.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator) are a plus.
